Room was larger than standard size hotel room but that is because it had a whirlpool and pull out sofa bed.
It was out of the way of main street Galena and about a 7 minute drive away. Which is nice if you dont like the congestion.
When we first came in to check to see if we could check in early, the woman at the desk was not friendly at all.
Then when we did finally come back to check in, another woman at the desk was on an extended phone call and did not acknowledge that she saw us by giving eye contact or put the call on hold briefly. It was rude.
The last part is this. The facility is dated. It has a lodge theme but decor is dated.
