No TV it wasn’t working. The elevator wasn’t working one day and the bathtub walls had wads of dark long hair on it. So. Had to clean it.

Good

Hotel was clean and loved the kitchenette. Pool and breakfast was fantastic!

The bed was too stiff for us and the dish tv kept going in and out.

More of a housekeeping issue than anything.

The staff was really nice and the breakfast was great, beds were comfortable, room was spacious, and my daughter enjoyed her egg hunt in the room for Easter.

Our stove was dirty, the cups in the cabinet were also dirty, our beds didn't have fitted sheets on them, and they gave us a rollaway crib that was broken which I'm sure wasn't exactly their fault but they should be checking these things every once in a while to make sure they're in working condition.

It was ok. Only hotel in the small town. Newer hotel so was clean.

Breakfast was crowded and the food was slow to be put out. Out of many things and had to wait.

Room was near pool entrance and was very noisy. Room was noisy from guests next door.

Rude and Condescending Owner. Avoid at all cost. Yelp also have negative reviews on this guy.

The facility looked nice, modern and clean but we didn't get past the check in process.

We arrived after over 400 miles on our motorcycles. We had prepaid for our reservation. Our room was to be on the 2nd floor. When we inquired about our ground floor request because of my traveling companion's disability that is not readily apparent, the Owner/Manager, who was checking us in, become very defensive. He was being rude and condescending to my friend. When I said that he was being rude, he canceled our prepaid reservation and told us to go find somewhere else to spend the night and to get off the property. I am expecting a full refund from Booking.com.

the rooms were filthy. the shower curtain had mold on it, the walls in the bathroom looked like they had not been cleaned for months and the hallways stunk terrible.

very nice accommodations. would stay here anytime I am in this area

rooms were great, staff is exceptional facility verbally is top notch

had trouble with hot water in the showers. water would go from hot to very cold in a matter of seconds. not just my room

Enjoyed our stay.

Everyone was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great. Room was spacious, clean and the beds comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice clean rooms beautiful pool and spa.

The manager/owner was so rude and disrespect full , this is the one and only reason I will NEVER stay at this location again 😤

room great desk staff sucks

only hotel with a hot tub in town. Otherwise would never of stayed here. For being the biggest hotel in town it isn’t that good.

The front desk clerk wasn’t even at the desk. Had to ring bell every time I went to the desk. He was rude and didn’t acknowledge questions. And didn’t even look at his guests. Went straight back into the room he was in with door closed. Extremely rude.

Really nice hotel.

The food choices were much better than where I stayed in Vernal. The hot tub was a good temperature and felt great after a day on my feet teaching.

I won't be staying here again due to the price, I'll drive to Roosevelt for more of a selection

I thought the room was nice.

I thought this hotel was way overpriced for the city of Duchesne, you can pay $170 per night in a resort town which Duchesne definitely isn't. The breakfast was ok but cold.
