This place is a gem. One of a kind. It was more like a AirB&B. It felt like i was family. They even served a continental breakfast which I have never had before in the 7 years we have been going to Hampton Beach. The only downfall was size of bathroom. Good pepple, good location. We will be back next year.

The beds were clean and comfortable.
The balcony door didn’t have a screen and the glass door’s lock was broken.
The room reeked of marijuana (not the hotel’s fault, but it sucked). It was so strong it stuck to you after you were out of the room.
The parking was an extra charge, so be aware of that when you go to stay. Add $25 per day per car. And the spots are so narrow you’ll have to access your driver’s seat through your trunk if you’re at all overweight. FYI. Thank god my guy is slender. Haha
