The staff was very nice, the room was extremely clean and comfortable.

Parking is very tight, making it hard to unload. No parking for moving trucks.

Nice room, good AC, nice pool

Jacuzzi was not working properly. First time I had to pay for ice! Glad I had quarters. Another guest told me, not the desk guy.

Stayed in rm 112, very spacious, clean and comfy. It had a mini fridge, iron, ironing board, clean set of towels and small closet rack with hangers. Staff was pleasant aka greeted very nicely by the front desk and booking online with booking.com made check in a breeze. The bed was a king size bed, comfy with modern motel linen/blankets, love seat with coffee table, dresser and mounted TV. In the lobby area there is a microwave to use and drink vending machines which both really came in handy to heat up our late night meal. The pool area looked clean but we didn't swim and fun fact it's surrounded by plumeria and hibiscus flowers. Plenty of on-site parking in an open parking lot (which also was clean). I like the fact that the room isn't on the street it's actually tucked in the back of the small shopping center. Which also attributes to the quiet. Very quiet and peaceful, made for a good night's rest. When we visit family, we will definitely stay here again.

It was nice but they had only one person doing rooms we waited 3 hours for bathroom supplies finely had to go get them my self. Thet only had one way in ànd one way out. On day of exit the nigh5 before they only had 9ne handy cap parking and they let peo0le park there that had no placard in hàd to hug the building with my car. Which made it hard to get out. By morning leave, the car was still there couldnt get in care because i use a remp for my dogs. People were smok8ng pot all over the hall ways made me very sick and hard to leave. Then a guy with a white truck completely blocked the hàllway i used to exit to load my care and could not leave again. Then when i went to take a dog carrier out, i still couldn't leave because the truck was there. So hard to wait. It was several hours past check out before we could leave. Couldnt use the pool because of the massive amount of pot that was smoked by the pool. The land scape around the hotel was beautiful. Well done and kept up. You had to pay for ice. No breakfast was offered. No coffee pot in room.

See the above statement. Pot use, blocking exit to handi cap park way. Blocking hàll way so could not take stuff to car. Peo0le smoking pot all over by pool was not able to use it
