We went to Chincoteague for a surprise birthday party. Come to find out, the birthday guy was staying at the same hotel. The front desk helped us avoid him on a Friday to surprise him on a Saturday. It was a perfect surprise. Our room was a king with a balcony and the sunset was AWESOME! I got to watch the draw bridge go up. Sat on the balcony with a glass of wine and watched a dolphin play. AND too on top of everything else, we got to swim in the pools and had an awesome breakfast at the little breakfast nook in the parking lot with no additional charge. Great coffee, warm waffles and great company. We will definitely be back!!!!

We enjoy the view from the rear decks. It is nice to watch the boats travel the channel. The property is well maintained.
The lady who maintains the breakfast yelled at our adult son in law and our grandson. This was done in front of other guests.
