I liked the location, the staff were friendly. The room was big and spacious to accommodate my family.
The breakfast area was always really crowded with people, no where to sit, food kept running out as well as the coffee. Some areas inside the hotel you could tell people were smoking in their rooms.

The staff was great. The lady that check us in had the best customer service skills I’ve ever seen. She knew how to resolve any issue. The common/public area all were kept clean. The breakfast area stayed clean, someone was constantly going in there and cleaning after people.
Found some leftover things in our room from the previous customer that stayed. Left me wondering how clean the room was. And the mattresses were uncomfortable.

It was clean, very clean. The room had adequate lighting, They have a pool, They have breakfast. They have a desk. There is a nice couch for all four of us. There is adequate storage. A hair dryer, an iron. A fridge.
It was a distance from our destination, it had windows that were thin, so we could hear the traffic outside, and hear when people honked their horns in front of the building, even at four stories up. The big T.V. did not work. Their parking costs money(considered a hidden cost), which is fine, except it is not included in the cost of the room. The waist bag was not in the waste container ready for use. A useless door to the next room because they were not able to accommodate two rooms next to each other. The windows could not be opened, and they were both covered in dirty air particles. The sink was not in the bathroom, so I had to use toilet paper to open the door handle.
