The property was clean and a good location to everything we did in the area.

Really no complaints. It is an older property and it adds to the charm. The shower was small would be my only concern.

Nice, quiet property between Buffalo and Niagra Falls just upstream of the falls along the water. Staff was friendly, fun, and informative. They have a nice lawn next to the water that is so relaxing.

Facility could use some upgrades. Running the shower was odd and the shower knob fell off when turning it. There were also some summer bugs that were a little out of control but you are right next to the water, so it was a little expected.

The management staff was so helpful and kind to share all the best things to do in the area. Loved being able to sit in the back at the lake to watch the nightly fireworks. It’s an older motel but charming to step back in time, it reminds me of places I stayed growing up.

Price. Location as shown in pictures. Offered complimentary barbque on 4th July. Staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Rooms have old upholstery and furnishings.. bathroom door doesn’t lock. Insects inside the room in the evenings. No coffee or tea machine in the room. Restaurants are far off.
