We had a good vacation outside of the room!! Next time we know where not to stay!!!

The towels were the best ever and the bed was comfy

The water for shower was luke warm at best and after a hot day everyone looks forward to a nice shower. The water pressure was minimal, made rinsing shampoo very difficult and uncomfortable as water got cold fast. The outlets didn't securely hold the plugs to charge your devices and some outlets did not work at all. The tv and remote didn't function properly and the property manager didn't know how to fix it either, so we had no tv to watch. It is very dated place and at first appearance we would have driven right by, very shabby looking and the price was high for the place. I have stayed at nicer places for less but first time in area, we found this online. Now that we have been out there, we saw many other places and locations to use the next time. The check in person said we could have a great view of the fireworks so we all went down and walked in the dark through a very lumpy lawn, was hard for my elderly mother-in-law and my disabled husband, should have been a lighted walkway since the offer benches for water view. Others were down there for same reason, and we all were very disappointed in what we saw, the very top of the fireworks, not a good view at all. We all left after 2 mins after waiting all evening to see them. We drove to see them the next night and they were fantastic!!! And my mother-in-law had a bathtub and no spout for the water to come out to fill the tub.

Amazing sunset over Niagara river. Only 10mins from the bridge to Niagara Falls

No coffee maker in the room. No breakfast onsite.

Very good

The lady at the front desk was super sweet and informative about the falls! The view of the water was very nice and looks really gorgeous during sunset. Property was clean and so was the room.

I would not stay here again

Good location for Niagara Falls visit. Has a cute little sitting area in the back by the water.

It’s old and dated. Needs an upgrade. Tile and carpet very old. Outside conditions are run down as well.

It was in a safe area close to the falls. the motel was on the river. Cathy, the owner, was very helpful with information about the falls.

Great spot on the river and quite accessible to everything I needed. The hosts were simply lovely.

The room was a very good size with a comfortable king size bed and well appointed.

My only wish would have been for stronger pressure in the shower. It was definitely adequate, but after coming back soaked from a day at the Falls, I could have used more pressure and steam!

clean comfortable place to stay ten minutes drive from Niagra falls

nice lakefront location, room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable, very fluffy towels in bathroom and the lady at check in was super friendly and helpful

some bits of the room were a bit dated but to be expected in a motel

Best 50th anniversary trip we could have asked for on our budget. We would stay here again.

Owners were real sweethearts. They are truly concerned that you have the best stay possible. Location was very good. Not caught up in a lot of traffic. But conveniences were close for what you might want.

It is an older facility. Well kept but needs a few upgrades.

Adequate accommodations for a night of sleep. You get what you pay for.

The motel has a lake view at the end of the property. The hostess was nice and kind.

The property is old and run down. The furniture is dated. The cleanliness is questionable. I think the favorable reviews online might be fake.

A perfect place to stay before visiting Niagara Falls. The backyard had great views.

Fair. We enjoyed sitting on the water's edge during sunset...very calming and pleasant.

Clean room. Laminate flooring. Tables and chairs on the water. Quiet. Individual seating area outside room entrances.

No coffee maker in the room! Beds were soft. No wifi.

Excellent stay.

Owners were very friendly and accommodating. Kathy suggested sites to visit and we did.

Shower pressure was a little low and it took a while for the hot water to heat up. We were there the opening week and were told there was only one hot water heater for the hotel and that more people needed to run the water. The room was somewhat outdated but the property was breathtaking.

Worth the money!

Nice view of river and very personable staff. The price is well worth the stay!

Bathroom was a little less than ideal. Cracked tiles, toilet didn't want to flush, and slippery tub. Beds were a little creaky as well.

Bathrooms were clogged and had muddy water in the start ! Taps were confusing! WiFi dint reach the room ! Only if you go out of the room !

Wonderful Stay

Honestly i was little skeptical When See some Reviews but after my Experience i Want to share it Place is wonderful , Clean and tidy thanks to housekeeping stuff And i get Very warm welcome from the owner in Reception’s i think her name Kathy . I really admire the Views as well the place is right on the River it is romantic and lovely Definitely i will be back 🌹

This property is very outdated and not well maintained.

The owners are very nice.

Pool was filthy. Carpet in room made our feet black. Windows did not lock. Felt unsafe.
