Great view, easy access to beach from the rooms back door. The close by restaurants with outdoor seating (I don’t know how they make the seagulls cooperate). All in all a great place.

Time has taken its toll - the back lawn could use some care. Really pokie things that love the coastal weather.

Extremely reasonable price so couldn't expect the Ritz. It's in need of updating and the shower drips all the time, but it worked well. Right on the beach. Staff was friendly and glad to get you whatever you'd run out of. Good value for the price and would consider staying here again.

Needs updating. Torn carpet outside on the hallway landing. Refrigerator naturally kept things could enough and it's a very small mini fridge.

The motel is only 40 feet from the beach. Each room has a great, unobstructed view of the beach and ocean,

The room itself was very nice. Wonderful view of the ocean. Location was great, walking distance to food and other amenities.

The room was not clean! Dried soap residue on the sink. A wad of hair on the bathroom floor. Long dark hair in the shower, not ours. A bar of soap (used) on the window sill in the shower. I have photos. They are allowed to have open fires and tent camp on the beach? You couldn’t open the windows at night due to the smoke. There is a sign you will be charged $55. if you soil the linens, but the bedspread had stains? 😢. When I emailed the photo’s to them, no response. I didn’t expect a refund but no acknowledgement at all? Sad!
