Location, staff, cleanliness
There were no curtains just blinds but the hotel team was able to put up big sheets of plastic to mostly resolve the light issue. Also, on our 5th floor room they put an additional makeshift airco as probably the terraces of the 6th floor rooms get too hot and as a result the room gets insanely hot without the additional airco. But it makes a lot of noise.

The location is perfect - Walking distance to the Miami Convention Center which is what we needed but also close to some great bars & restaurants. Very fast & easy check out as well. Free Tea & Coffee is available in the mornings.
The Hotel is a bit old - Elevator is very slow and small. There isn't a pool which would be a nice to have in Miami. I had a suite and the couch felt quite old as well. There also wasn't a standard tea & coffee selection available in my room event though I had a kitchenette.
