Very pleasant staff, had a small issue with our room. We were immediately upgraded to another room.

Convenient to locations traveled for the weekend
We didn't have hot water the first night, so we were moved to another room, in the new room, the carpet and shower were filthy. The ceiling in our room was peeling and hanging down. I showed the front desk rep some pictures and let her know the bathroom was not cleaned and someone was supposed to come clean it, but when we returned, it was not cleaned. The staff was polite and issued a discount for both nights, but that hotel needs to be renovated
