The location was great but you do get a lot of outside noise from the bars and other establishments in the area. But the proximity to the beach and pier is awesome. There also is a little cafe downstairs that has some of the best avocado toast I have had anywhere. Definitely a great value. Sadie is awesome too.

Tammy and Hank are truly the best! They went above and beyond expectations to make our stay extra pleasant. They are the real reason this little gem is worth a stay.

no breakfast but coffee and there was a Cafe downstairs. easy access to everything
