Location was great. Room comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast good. Lovely Victorian house. Towels and linens nice. Air con worked great. Very quiet location for sleeping. Afternoon snacks was great esp tea and cookies
Parking tight-ok for us for we had small car. No seating first day for breakfast. Second morning we had no problem with this. Bathroom in our room small and shower had mold on bottom and tiles.

Central location to the historical district, safe parking and lodging. Nice breakfast, clean room.
Happened to book during new owner transition and was met with a mountain of debris (from renovations in progress) as we entered parkin area. Outside was pretty dilapidated and felt very neglected. This is NOT a reflection on the owner, Daniel, who was very nice and eager to please. My thought was they weren't quite ready for prime time. Better to put off bookings until the facility was renovated and could make a better impression. Intend to return in 6-8 months to see the difference.
