The house was clean and very well decorated. It had a nice size bathroom and kitchen area. The beds were comfortable and the location was good for us. One big problem, though. It would have been a near perfect stay if we could have adjusted the temperature. The thermastat stated that you could not adjust it. This was November and the house temperature would go down to 63 inside. That is a little chilly for a setting on a thermastat in the winter. There was a little space heater downstirs but it couldn't touch the chill in the upstairs bedrooms. If it were not for this issue, I would say 5 star stay, but it will only get a 3 star from me and I wouldn't be able to go back to stay unless this changed. Way too cold inside.
