There was no breakfast, but that was alright.
The steps need to be wire brushed and painted.

I spoke with Melissa, I think her name was, she mentioned if you were visiting a patient at the Kadlec Hospital that they could provide a discount because medical emergencies are no fun. She said she had a good experience of her own with Kadlec Hospital when she needed hospitalization.
There was no continental breakfast due to the fact that they were renovating. Not a big deal.

The price was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Great location lots of different food options close by. Area seemed very safe and was pet friendly
Being on the bottom floor you can really hear your upstairs neighbor. Floors are wood so there isnt a sound barrier at all so that part kind of sucked
