The team were very helpful when we needed to change rooms for an accessible room.
The air conditioning in our room (130) was very noisy but I did report it to reception.

It was calm and a great spot to rest and get back on the road.
The hot tub wasn’t working and also the breakfast didn’t have much of a variety.

The pool was nice for kids after a long drive. The location was easy to get to from the interstate.
Our room was on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator, so hauling huge suitcases and items for a week long road trip was not convenient. The hot tub was out of order and one of the turned down queen beds had an obvious suspicious stain on sheet where the turndown highlighted. The room did not look like it was vacuumed, small specks of garbage on the carpet. Bedside light had a short that would sometimes result in one side being turned on and sometimes not. We had to dust a layer of dirt on the shelf by the tv - obvious accumulation. The A/C unit worked, but not well. It was a rough night.
