the demographic. I did not feel safe leaving my vehicle there overnight. I immediately went to check into a different hotel. I’d like my money back.

Horrible, scared

I was in a no smoking room although, it reeked of smoke. Lots of people hanging out looking like transients

The card machine was down. I was charged twice. No manager on the premises.

I didn’t like anything about it, once the sunlight went down roaches 🪳 came out! I told the staff I heard one of the girls say “I told you” and neither one wanted to give me another room. Next day manager didn’t even return my calls! Definitely a MUST NOT!!!

No shower curtain

I liked that the hotel was near a lot of restaurants and Walmart. Our trip was last minute due to a tournament having a 6 hour delay.

We had no shower curtain so our bathroom floor was soaked. We had to use our towels to soak up the water, didn't have enough towels, the TV didn't work, the sheets were dirty, and there was an awful smell in the elevator and hallways.

easy to find, front desk staff knowledgeable and polite

around 3:30 am someone tried to open my door, luckily I had both locks engaged. it’s was really scary…Also the hot water was Luke warm.

The worse experience in my entire life!

This was the most disappointing hotel I’ve ever seen. The definition of a roach motel. We entered the too And immediately saw a big bug under the remote and entered the bathroom and there were roaches in the sink. We didn’t even put our bags down good or get a chance to relax. We were in the room for less than 10 minutes and knew we could not stay there. After driving all the way from Houston and being exhausted we left! We explained to the front desk clerk what was seen and I even had pictures of the roaches and she didn’t even care and said there was no refund. Very misleading and misrepresentation. Would not recommend to anyone!!
