Lobby area, good. Customer service, great Breakfast area, good. Hallways, ok. Room, ok. Broken mirror on closet door. Broken tiles in shower. Carpet looked ok but feet black. Bed, good. Noise, good. Room service, good.
Room carpet. Feet black when I stepped in shower. Shower door would not stay closed when showering. No hair dryer in room.

The bedroom was quite big & the beds were very comfortable. Also the towels were nice & fluffy.
We had to keep asking for towels as there were 3 of us in the room.

It was cleaning and comfortable
The TV didn’t work so the lady at the counter said to unplug the plug with the green paper on it which we did several times, but it kept on getting stuck on one thing couldn’t get it to change channels volume. Nothing very irritating with two boys wanted to watch something. I finally put my computer on the HDMI and they were able to watch a YouTube station.
