Location to downtown( which is so cute) & Kenyon College was fantastic! The breakfast was GREAT!! The staff are all very sweet & friendly. The courtyard garden is spectacular. Love the outdoor seating around the garden.
Not a fan of tiny bathroom & carpets☹️ Your fanny hits the wall when you bend over sink to wash face/brush teeth. Carpets hold dirt & are just not clean.

The bed was comfortable and the rooms were designed thoughtfully to be inviting and have exactly what you need, such as easy access to outlets and chargers. The gardens were beautiful, the breakfast was amazing. It’s simply a better experience than other places.

Privacy
Gave my room away to someone else before my arrival. Requested to check in a few hours early as I arrived earlier than expected and was denied and told there weren't any rooms available even thouh I was sent an email hours prior stating my room was ready, which when i arrived and was told about my room being given to someone else i understood then why there was no one available the night before. I had to spend $130 dollars to get a room feom another hotel down the street until my check in time at 4p.m from this place....Never again 😑 🤬
