The convivence to getting to the university. Staff person was very customer service oriented and friendly.
The hotel is an older hotel, and it needs a little TLC. The breakfast area was very constrictive, and hot via the waffle and toast are are small and gives off a lot of heat.

Breakfast haphazard, not well serviced. Would appreciate a non-sugary cereal option - why not, say, Cheerios? Breakfast just OK.

The bed was soft and clean
The air inside the room smelled strongly of mildew and mold. We had to open the window with the AC on the whole night to try to air out the room.
