No extra toilet paper in the room room was a little dirty dusty hallways were dusty. Customer service was very pleasant.

it is a decent place god the price,

this hotel charged me for two nights when I canceled the second night upon my arrival!

being charged for an extra night when they said they would credit back my account bug never did!

close to atv trail, expensive rooms.

how close it is to the ATV trails

for how much money we spent the rooms quality is just not there, the bathrooms were not that great, drains were dirty. dead bugs on the wall. just did not feel clean. our sheets were not that clean either.

breakfast was good.

website said pool and hot tub were functioning. Got to desk at hotel and was told they were under maintenance. there was no sign of repairs or work being done. I suspect that they tell all their customers that. I paid $121 for that room. We hiked nine miles before arriving at the hotel. I wanted to soak in the hot tub. I am 71 years old, and i needed to be able to relax my muscles. what a disappointment. Room also smelled of cigarettes.

Great option for an overnight stay while traveling...

Breakfast was actually great! Exceeded my expectations.

Pillows were a little flat. No ice bucket or laundry bag for wet/dirty clothes.

The staff did not comply with booking.com policy

No breakfast because we could not spend the entire night. The place smells horribly of mildew and mold that are at dangerous levels

Very pleasant experience.

We reserved the room understanding breakfast was not included and we were prepared for that. We were pleasantly surprised to hear from the desk clerk that breakfast was, in fact, included, and it was a very good breakfast.

the staff was amazing

dumpster out front over flowing, cut tiles all over property could have flattened a tire, bathroom door wouldnt close , sink wouldnt drain, giant hole in ceiling above pool loaded with black mold, rust everywhere in that pool room, the place was a dump , I feel sorry for the ladies at the desk.
