Won’t be back.

Dismal dark and dreary decor , shabby worn furniture..poor lighting in the room, not possible to read with the lighting..clean bed and room.. really depressing atmosphere.

Lovely place!

i love this place! it is really comfortable and welcoming. staff is super friendly and helpful! The rooms are very comfortable, big, and well equipped with everything you need.

I do think the hotel needs to offer a better breakfast though. There are not many choices and, especially, for people with health issues. if you have diabetes, or you are celiac, or you are vegetarian, you need to bring your own food.

Okay . Needed a room but wouldn’t stay again as the price cannot be justified .

Very dated and very pricey for lacrosse and being an older dated hotel.

It was comfortable. Staff very friendly. Price very reasonable. Location very good.

The rooms are big. The facilities were pretty clean. Staff was very freindly

Unfortunately our room had a very strong musty odor that was there for the two day stay 😞. Facility needs updating.

Not a 9.2 ⭐️ hotel

Location was excellent, beds were comfortable, fireplace lit up in lobby was welcoming, staff was kind and friendly.

No cleaning service. Had to call down to request bathroom essentials. Towels in bathroom were gray/ dingy. Television did not work our entire trip. We notified the front desk several times but it was not resolved. We received a 10% discount on our room at check out for this. Carpeting is old and dirty.

Please keep and eye in dishwasher the spatulas have food yet and please cheek the coffee maker, (discard the coffee bag).

Would stay again.

Complimentary breakfast available before heading out for the day was nice, great location as well as customer service, Keyshia was exceptional, appreciated her offer to make fresh pot of coffee upon our evening arrival♡

Keeping up with replenishing food items during morning breakfast rush was attempted but overheard other guests commenting they were going to Kwik Trip so they could get something to eat. Gal working area was kind and pleasant and trying.

Overall a very friendly, clean and relaxing stay!

The Staff were fantastically accommodating! They seemed to interact very well!

Breakfast was okay. No fresh fruit noticed. May want to experiment with different coffees.

The room was very spacious. Very beautiful hotel and location. We enjoyed that so many things to do was close to the hotel. The park was beautiful on the river.

The pool was cold and small. Not much room to swim around for the kids.

Very nice but too expensive (other lodging in La Crosse expensive, too)

Separate bedroom. Full kitchen. TV worked well.

Some noise from the pool area. Light bedcover and difficult to fine tune the heat. Either too hot or too cold. Breakfast not very healthy... biscuits and gravy and waffles.

Superb

It was nice inside, nice rooms and staff. Breakfast was very good and the 2 workers who took care of that area kept it clean. They also kept the drinks and food filled up. It was very busy and they did a greT job with a positive attitude.

It was a little noisy. The TV in the living area was super low, so it was sort of awkward watching it.

it was great and definitely will stay again.

room was spacious, lobby was cozy and inviting

only one ice machine in the hotel , pillows were yellow and stained under the pillow cases, mattress protector was stained, coffee pot was dusty/ dirty in the water reservoir

Great value and location. We would definitely stay there again.

Very spacious. Had everything we needed. Close to the La Crosse center and many restaurants.

Water was not very warm. Fitness center was a little scant.
