Great location right across from the lake. No breakfast though
If it had breakfast it would be better.

Accessible and very accommodating. I needed a very late check in and they were gracious to accommodate. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The owners of the lodge keep it very clean and modern looking. Very comfortable. Any time I am near Kewaunee I will stay here. There is a gravel trail right out of the hotel for cycling or running. Quick access to the water too.
There was nothing that I didn't like. Rooms were large on the city side of the lodge. Near the downtown area. Perfect location.

I love the town so the stay was fine, but the place could have been a little bit nicer with the upkeep, coffee pot was dirty and don't drink the water. but over all for just a stay at a hotel it was nice but the pipes made lots of noise.

Good location, spacious room, well lit hallway, overall comfy.
Bathroom to small, coffee pot didn't work, tv was weird for the picture, continental breakfast very small. (cinnamon roll and muffin and oatmeal )...

The location was fantastic - literally right next to the Ice Age Trail. It was also located very close to a number of restaurants within walking distance which was nice. Breakfast was meager but tasted good. Sunset from my balcony was lovely.
As a solo female traveler, I was dismayed the front desk agent said my room number out loud at check-in and that there were no secondary locks on the inside of my hotel room doors. I ended up using a coat hanger wedged in the door handles to better secure my doors once inside.

the rooms were very dirty.
we arrived on Friday and left Monday morning.
didn’t see a single house keeper all weekend.
the front desk people were very rude. there was hair all over the bathroom. we collected a couple rocks, which means we had a blacklight. you don’t want to know what we saw. the bed was not comfortable. it was a cool room if it had actually been cleaned. the hallway leading up to our room smelled like urine 🤮

it as kinda dark in the room. the breakfast was poor. just juice, coffe and sweet rolls.

The breakfast was OK - just a continental breakfast. Motel was clean, but dated, and rooms were a bit dreary - dark colors. Microwave worked. Good WIFI. Curtains were dark enough to keep out the light - room dark enough for sleeping.
The beds were TERRIBLE, hard as ironing boards; I ached all over the next day. No TV guide. Not enough electrical sockets and no provision for phone chargers, computers, etc. Light bulbs so dim it was difficult to read.

Poor beds and continental breakfast not good juice, coffee and outdated packaged cinnamon rolls that's it.

Large room and nice location
It was a little on the chilly side and no way to control the heat. There is an air conditioner but no way to make it warmer.

The location was perfect. The check in and check out time was perfect. There was a nice little gas station right across the lodge.
The bed need to go, it is hard and you can feel the spring on your back. The chairs that was on the balcony had mold. The lighting can also be replaced.

Husband is diabetic. Breakfast foods not appropriate. Had to eat at a restaurant.
The bottom of the mattress was exposed and it was terribly stained and dirty looking. The table in the room was dirty also.

Room rate was very reasonable. Staff and owners were good.
While the room was “clean” I have definitely stayed at cleaner hotels. They don’t seem to do much “deep cleaning” and lights were cobwebby and you could tell behind furniture which you had to access to utilize outlets had not been vacuumed or dusted in a long time. However the majors (sheets, bath etc) were clean enough for us. Hotel is not for the bougie but for those looking for a decent place to stay for a reasonable cost.
