The flashing light for the door bell was awesome for the Deaf (Disability access). The location was very easy to spot. The room temperature was perfect. The bed and pillows were so very comfortable. The business center was amazing and the staffs were helpful with our tempts to make copies.
The Wifi connection was a struggle for two days. I had to go to the front desk three different times to get the WiFi connection accomplished.
The refrigerator was not even plugged in so I had to move the TV stand to access the outlet to plug it in. My co-worker and I have had some food and drinks in it overnight and I realized it was not even on when I smelt the food.
The alarm clock was not "deaf friendly" so I had to use my own mobile phone as my alarm clock.
The card-keys were not working several times so I had to have the keys fixed at the front desk several different times.
