The staff was nice, clean rooms, convenient location for Wisconsin state fair.
They were using the parking lot as paid overflow from state fair. It made it hard to park.

Front desk receptionist - first point of contact/checking in process. Really did set the tone for our stay. Even with being busy on the phone and being on the call longer than she may have expected, she showed patience with the guest on call. She was attentive and prompt with checking me in and kindly welcomed my stay here with a smile. Checking out- front desk receptionist was attentive and verified all info. Friendly and thanked me for my stay.
BIG SHOUTOUT to kitchen staff for the breakfast Yukon potatoes, because they were some of the best breakfast potatoes I've had at a hotel! Seasoned and cooked so well! Food was replenished and served hot.
Big parking lot and enough parking. Location of hotel was good too.

Location great. Breakfast really tasty and varied. Staff friendly and helpful.
Room wasn't ready at check-in time. Had to wait in the lobby for awhile.

B-fest wasbetter average. Lots of choices
Didn’t care for sliding door for the bathroom. Hard to open & close.
The card key for the pool was not working on our last day. That was a bummer for my grandkids. When they got the door open we were already heading out.
