I have peid 50$ for deposit. I Got Information that the money return to my account after 5 days. After one month there still no money.

Other than parking everything else was great.

There was not enough parking and I had to park away from my room and carry all of my belongings.

The value is just right being on the Peninsula.

The rooms are very clean. friendly staff. easy access to Laurel Street in San Carlos. The amenities and better than most bathroom fixtures were very nice. Cool little place. It was a pleasant stay and I'd recommend it.

I should have stayed on the second floor. Due to the age of the building, you can hear every footstep and noise above you when staying on the first floor. Also, the refrigerators were quite small especially if you plan to stay more than one day.

The noise level is unacceptable. Between the train, the car wash vaccums, the paper thin walls and the banging noises in the plumbing, it was impossible to get a good nights rest.

Staff is incompetent and very loud trains

The ice machine outside the main office

The late nite square dancing in the room above me to the soulful sounds of the frequent loud trains that pass by all nite make. Also how my room “deposit” was not refunded back to me after I checked out of the hotel. The “Xperience Manager” Sophia Huynh is garbage. Places you on hold without any intentions of picking up the phone then will email you saying she was “in a meeting”. To-date I still have not received my room deposit back despite having receipt showing the transaction was “voided”.

Other then mornings next to construction yards loud early noises was good place

Everything was great except they didn't give me any discounts and I was charged multiple times for the security deposit each time I rebooked for an extension and some days they would make me pay an extra 10 per day because option online was only king in it special king in or whatever but after a week that sho is isn't even matter

The check in and security deposit were crazy the charge hold takes five days plus they charged me twice one time The building has very loud early morning construction crews parking right behind it in an alley which is annoying

Worst stay in any Hotel or Motel in any state EVER.....

What I liked the most was the morning I checked out. FYI, the young woman at checkout was the first and only staff member with a smile and a pleasant personality.

The room, the parking, the noise, the new charges, the building, the lack of Maid service, the bed, in other words....the entire stay.

Very good

no breakfast served, inspite of all the mention of it in the advertising...very dissappointing. I understand the probable excuse is covid-19, but it still could have been done without breaking any rules. Take the minion of it off of your ads if you are not delivering the service.

Sketchy, loud, no internet

The staff were all professional and polite

The whole place was super noisy (heater, other people up at all hours, ambient street noise), and sketchy stuff was going down in the parking lot all night, eventually resulting in the place crawling with cops. I left 5 days early, it was so bad. Plus the internet did not work at all.

We booked 2 nights but only stood 1.

The property was clean.

The bed was not comfortable, my phone didn’t work, there was no toilet paper in my room and the remote control didn’t work well the volume on it didn’t work

This is not a hotel. It's a train car motel

Nothing.

It's literally in front of train tracks and trains pass all day and all night. It is iMPOSSIBLE to sleep. Just when i thought I had managed to the paper thin walls and ceilings made sure to let me in on all neighbors' arguments and crying babies. And just when i thought literally everyone was asleep, a train went by at 4am and the garbage trucks came to pick the trash in the back of the motel. Don't stay here if you want to sleep...

Rude Staff but overall worth the price!

Exceptionally clean and spacious rooms. Nice coordination with look and colors. Great location and peaceful environment.

Morning staff (female) was very rude when I checked out to make sure I get my receipt and deposit refund. They didn't accept cash for deposit but did accept cash for payment of room. Parking was tight.

Nothing. No water vending machine nothing.

Occupant beneath my room lives in hotel room woke me up before Sun came up. Your hotel sucks!
