Room well-furnished and very clean but somewhat on the small side. Location is perfect as we had business at Old Port and Arts District. Hotel decor is very interesting and lobby great sitting area.
The restaurant is awfully expensive, especially for breakfast. The $20 credit is nice touch but cheaper to eat away by far. It would be nice to have had a second room chair to sit in for couple visiting.

The location is incredible and the lobby was lovely. The staff was also largely friendly and helpful.
Our sleep was significantly disrupted the night before we left because the adjoining room started having a very, very loud party at around midnight. When the noise didn't clear up after about 30 minutes, we called the front desk to complain, but they don't seem to have done anything, and the party eventually ended at about 2 AM.

I loved the lobby, the rooms, the carpet on the floors of the rooms and the little signs with rhetorical sayings, that were here and there and in hidden places like the closets. The restaurant was also nice! And the old typewriters everywhere!

The restaurant was nice and the building itself attractive.
My room was tiny. They charged me for water and also for the breakfast coffee cake which was dry.
