I read the back story of this home and was interested to see what the interior looked liked. It exceeded my expectations. There were comfy spots to sit, including a very pleasant portch. The staff was wonderful and so was our breakfast.

Staff were very friendly, I was amazed by the cleanliness, so much decor and I didn't see any dust anywhere. Breakfast was very good, had a nice variety of food. Would definitely stay there again.
I didn't care for the pillows, but I'm picky when it comes to pillows. My wife said they were fine. So actually there is no complaints.

The room completely exceeded my expectations. I assumed that it would be clean and tidy, but it was exceptionally clean and exceptionally well-appointed. I had EVERYTHING I needed and didn't have to ask for ANYTHING. I even had an in-room sink in addition to the two sinks in the spacious bathroom. And the bathroom was immaculate. I live in Louisville but any time I travel to the Cleveland area in the future, I will look forward to my stay here.
There's nothing that could have been improved at this property. My visit exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be back to stay at the Steele Mansion.

confused checkout receipt showed a higher price than booking.com booking ... staff confused and 2 of 3 staff had no idea of their own mistake and referred me to booking.com for explanation
