The staff was very kind and responsive to some of our concerns.
I'm going to focus on the quality of the building itself, because after a few different stays at "My Place" it's become clear that these modular constructions leave much to be desired. The smell of offgassing (after what seemed like at least 2-3 years since opening) from carpets and furniture was still quite strong. And the building was so cheap that I could hear the plumbing upstairs like it was in my own, not to mention the noise from voices, steps, etc--both from upstairs and the sides. People don't always think much about the actual quality of the construction, but this one is very poor.

My room had a full-size kitchen complete with microwave, refrigerator, and sink. The room was comfortable. The staff were great.
The toilet seemed to flush a little slow, however over all everything was great.
