The pools were very nice.
The restaurant staff seems very rude like they were insulted that anybody would even want to eat there.

Room looked good and good location.
Booking and getting in was an absolute nightmare. They canceled our original reservation leaving us with no room for the night with a 2 year old on the streets for hours trying to figure it out and still was turned away. We had to pay double for 2 nights then what I was going to pay for 3. Absolutely horrible experience.
