Breakfast and cucumber water
Booking.com didn’t send my extra day stay to hotel so they didn’t have my reservation which took over 2 hours to get a room for us.

It was good to have portable items because the breakfast time was too late for me to access before I needed to leave. When your room cost includes free breakfast, it is misleading when you can’t access it due to time constraints.
Earlier start time for breakfast.My room beds were so worn there was an uneven wallow that made it hard to stay on the bed. Pillows were hard and uncomfortable . When I arrived to check in the desk clerk could not find my reservation. I had to pull out my phone and show him my reservation. He was rude. Another clerk found the reservation. Both of them were unfriendly and not welcoming. I won’t stay there again.
