Nice location. Staff was great. Awesome shower. Bed was comfy.

Not what I expected for the price. Bathroom counter had a film of hairspray, covering it. Found a hairball on the bathroom floor! Bathroom sliding door was broken and hard to close. Pillows went totally flat when slept on. Bedroom tv was in a weird position to view. Wasn’t in front of the bed. Also had to hear the very noisy elevator all night. Walls are not sound proof so you hear conversations in next room. At check in, they were going to charge me again, even though I had already paid for the room, prior to my stay. It just wasn’t my best experience in Chicago. Will not stay here again.

Nice hotel, Staff is all friendly and responsive to requests.

The single pane windows on a cold Chicago night and a heater that didn't quite heat up until the sun rose. brr : (
