American Inn - Grover beach - Pismo Beach

we had booked with motel 6 in pismo which was hotel from hell.. got this and they were great..but it was super clean.. manager nice & helpful

internet wouldn’t stay connected and wasn’t real happy with dog fee.. as they said dog friendly not fee for dogs.. but it was a nice stay.. felt safe

It was a 10 min drive from Pismo Beach and a 15 min walk from Grover Beach. The local coffee shop was so good. Management was friendly and available. Alot of parking space. And easy check in and check out. Refrigerator worked well. Microwave worked well. Presentation was good.

Description said 14 min walk to Pismo but it was actually to Grover Beach, I was hoping to park my car for the weekend and not have to worry about driving or parking. The futton in the room has stain marks. The beds only had sheets, no comforters, and I'm pretty sure we got a room with two full size beds and not queen size beds as described. Lastly, the bathroom shower head was spraying out the side and had one pressure setting, the warm water was on high so we had to get blasted and the water drainage was slow, I had to turn off the shower for the water to drain and then turn back on to avoid overspill into the bathroom.
