Sweet Dreams B&B provides very comfortable, easily accessible (once you are given instructions) rooms on the ground floor, with security and good entry lighting. I stayed in the King Suite, which is more than ample for two people who can share a king bed. The hosts, Amy and Shay, are welcoming and concerned to make your stay pleasant, and Amy makes excellent breakfasts, which you eat on the covered patio looking out at the garden, around the corner from your room. There is a lovely pool in the garden, which is available to guests. The bed was very comfortable, and if you want to cook your own meals other than breakfast, the King Suite has a full kitchen, with snacks and starter amounts of coffee, tea, creamer etc. provided. And in my case, the location is only a few blocks from my friends' apartment, which was ideal for me.
The King Suite was created from the former garage. It's a very good conversion, but two problems remain. One is not significant: a step down at the entrance, which I was informed about in advance and which is clearly marked. The other was a problem for me. The big garage door had an arch at the top which is now a narrow, wide window which cannot be covered. There is a good deal of light coming in both night and day. I woke up very early (ca. 6:15) ad could not get back to sleep. If you have trouble sleeping in a room with a good deal of light and aren't fond of wearing an eye mask, this room may not be a good fit for you.
Parking is not provided, which was not a problem for me as there is quite a bit of on-street parking available, just that you may have to walk a block or so.

Amy was extremely gracious! Beautiful accommodations and house. Breakfast was excellent and Amy made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We would definitely stay there again!! ☺️
