La ubicación es linda y la habitación es amplia. Nada más.
El desayuno me pareció pésimo. No hay variedad. Lo único que te ofrecen son huevos que están re secos y sin sabor o panqueques dulce. Oferta dulce no hay salvo si endulzas el panqueque. Te cobran un servicio extra de resort pero el servicio es bastante malo. Si queres comer en el hotel una ensalada te puede demorar más de 1 hora. Te cobran hasta el aire que respiras pero el servicio no es devuelto por el precio que se paga. Cada vez que vas a consultar a la recepción tenes que esperar una eternidad para que te atiendan. No es un hotel ágil y parece tener demasiada burocracia para todo. Uno no termina de relajarse

It was close to the beach. Centrally located to shopping and Miami night life.
The pool area is in need of some updating. I’m sure the heat and wear takes a toll on furniture and such.it seemed neglected.

We got an upgrade in a suite with a plenty room, location was excellent just one block from a great beach. Breakfast service included was good. Hosts service was great.
They charged $30 that was not detailed at Booking for the use of amenities that includes 4 beverages per day, towels and chairs for the beach but not umbrellas. They do not have room service and the meals are not good.

It was a clean and friendly hotel
The breakfast food wasn't the greatest but it holds up until you get where you want to go for breakfast outside or late breakfast. Walking distance to south area where you can get breakfast.

John who was the front desk agent was simply outstanding. He took care of all of our needs and made the stay really easy. The pool is small but good enough if you aren’t expecting a proper vacation resort type pool experience. Brilliant accommodating our needs over Shabbat as Jewish observant family.
The same at every hotel. Never enough towels when you are there as a family. Also they knew we are coming as a family and didn’t make up the sofa beds in advance.

They don't honor the price given on booking.com: When it is time to check out they charge a higher destination fee than originally advertised. Will not go back. Scammers! You houldn't even be on this website if you don't honor the price offered. The claim has gone unanswered for 2 weeks now.
