I would firstvlike to say the customer service here was excellent!!!!.
We had a great experience from check in and check out..
And then at our next hotel my husband realized he forgot his massager he uses for his back on the bed it was under the bedding from us packing up .We called right away and the ftont desk went back and looked and caught it in laundry before it had gone through the wash.
She had told me she would have it sent to us after she spoke to her manager the next day which was Monday and she would call me..We were at the airport and she did call and she went that day and sent me the tracking info and we received it 3 days ago .Most hotels could if said we didnt find it or kept it etc.I was very impressed .And we are very very happy to have it back as it was not cheap.
So I trust this hotel staff and I enjoyed our stay ...Thanks again for great customer service.

The bed was comfortable and the AC worked fabulously! The kids enjoyed the pool which was clean and ventilated.
The bed frame was incredibly squeaky! So much that it would wake everyone up if one person would readjust in any bed! And the dogs! The dog across the hall barked all the time and at night! I will not stay at a pet friendly hotel again if I can help it. They should put people with animals on one end of the hotel, not in the middle.
