The location was wonderful. The hotel was as always Oxford suites is a lovely hotel. The room was very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating.

Bistro closed for dinner Mon., poor coffee service in room (decaff instant coffee only??), sheets too short, worn & flimsy, hot tub out of service

The breakfast was great!
Checking in took too long and I was given a room keys for 314 and I went up and tried them, they didn't work. It turned out my room was 304 and so there was a mix-up.
