The staff was very helpful! We’ve never complained before because that’s just not us… However, our first room had such an awful smell. Even my husband, who can’t smell anything, was being bothered by it.! I had trouble sleeping, which can happen, and all I could do was lay there and be driven crazy by the smell. So noon the second day we said something. Dwayne said he’d see what he could do to give him 30 mins .. in 15 he came and we moved rooms.
The breakfast was decent.
Only the stinky first room.

Spacious than expected. Lobby, passages and room.
1. The bathtub was not clean and we did not use it.
2. The leather chair for the desk was completely worn out with leather tearing away.
3. The couch seat had stains and we could not sit on it. Looked to unhygienic.
4. The bed pillows could be better. They were completely shapeless with overuse.
If hotel management will read this, it was room 216.

breakfast is good, up to our taste and liking, room - okay, spacious, bed - comfy. location is great!
there's a smell of like a stinky wood in our room, aircon is closed on the late night we ended up waking up warm and sweating in the room.
