Poor

The front staff was very friendly and the whirlpool tub was very nice.

The bed was horribly uncomfortable and the couch was worse. Like something out of a horror movie. There was bugs everywhere. The light in the bathroom appeared to have blood splatter on it and the wall right by the room door looked like they tried to bleach blood off and patch a hole. We could only assume it was a bullet hole. The homeless population outside the building was a little wild as well, it's like they lived on the sidewalk around the building at night.

This place should be named The POOR Quality Inn

Location

Hot tub was out of order, fire alarm went off at 4AM and things were chaotic. The owner took no responsibility for any of the problems. He left all explanation on the poor staff member at the desk Breakfast was very poor

Worst hotel experience ever

Worst hotel experience of my life. Party in the room next door, and the fire alarm was pulled at 4am. We couldn’t go back to sleep after the fire alarm, so just left then and didn’t get any breakfast. The guy in the lobby told me that he, ‘had been dealing with that room all night’, ‘should have kicked them out’, and that he ‘thinks they pulled the alarm’. He certainly should have kicked them out. Because they were drugging out and parting all night, and completely ruined my family’s night.

Two day stay in Bellingham

Rooms were very comfortable, staff helpful.

Parking lot was dirty, homeless encampment on the road behind the hotel leading to the horse camp. As we were packing Sunday morning I bent down to tie my shoes I noticed the end of a pen sticking out from under the air conditioning unit. When I picked it up to place on the desk I realized it wasn’t a pen, but rather a part of a box pen that was burnt and melted. A crack pipe, no doubt about it. I let the person behind the counter know it was on the desk. I tried to contact the parent company but they made it next to impossible. So here I am posting a review

Very good

The location was great. The staff was friendly and nice. The room was bigger than expected. The sack breakfast was pretty good and still warm when they serve it up to you. I would stay again.

It’s a little dated and the king size bed was too hard for my liking. The homeless community that was living in their vehicles on the curb were a little loud at night but really were never an issue and the last week of my month long stay they all left.

Really...nothing!

There were a group of old campers all over one side of the hotel people were living in. People seem to be using their parking lot to gather and drink after work and/or travel. It did not seem safe or secure for people or vehicles.

Poor

Front staff was nice.

My last night staying, i had someone try to attempt to get into my room around 230 am. The area is kinda sketchy, lots of people roaming the parking lot. I would like a refund for my last night as i had to sleep in my car that is fully packed.

Lost my business 😞

I like the evening staff, room size was good, bed was comfortable

Breakfast was way over cooked, there was no signs on where to potty the dog, the shower was not clean, motel was very 80's dated, the grounds around the motel was not clean, over grown grass and weeds, homeless vehicles lined one side of the motel street, I was refused a room check after my stay with my dog so I could get my refund. I will never stay there again.!!!!

Not a happy experience. Would never return or recommend Quality Inn on E Kellogg

Breakfast OK under the circumstances Room service was terrible & didn’t get room cleaned until 4:30 & then we emptied the garbage & found towels ourselves. Also cleaning staff did not leave toilet paper or coffee.

Room service & unresponsive staff to requests for room service.

Passable

The staff was great.

Booking. Com sucks. The pictures on the web made the room look far more modern and comfortable and with better amenities then what it really had. We thought the room we were booking would be a 7 or 8 out of 10, what we got was a three or 4 out of 10. Booking.com is worthless I could have gotten the same or better price from anywhere and you can't change crap once you do.

Awesome staff but

Front desk was charming and Covid careful.

Room was not vacuumed. Picked up much food stuffs from beside bed on carpet. Elevator carpet filthy. Bathtub scrunchie from previous guest still hanging in room. Balcony was filthy. This hotel has most certainly not followed any sort of cleansing protocols. Lawn was 11” in height complete with last winters debris. Zero effort to upkeep the outside or rooms. Place needs a complete revamp of the rooms and chambermaids need to be a lot more careful. And hire a landscaper or something. Seriously messy and unappealing. But keep the front desk clerk. She’s a really nice lady

Whirlpool tub in room and price made this a good stay in Bellingham

Room was spacious with whirlpool tub that we wanted. Desk clerk Ryan was very friendly and helpful. The cost of the room was a good value versus other inns in the area. A hot breakfast of eggs, bacon, sausage links, potatoes, toast was served up in individual meal boxes along with a water & banana that you take back to your room.

The facility shows its age and wear in places. A $50 security deposit was required but not shown on the booking.com site and it will take a # of days for it to be credited back to my card. Housekeeping did nothing to room before 2nd night stay & I had to find them to ask for more coffee packs for next morning. We appreciated the hot breakfast but having some other fruit, granola bars and/or yogurt available would have been nice for people who can't do eggs, meat, potatoes, bread. Had packets of ketsup for the taters but no butter/margarine for the not so toasted white toast.
