I always enjoy still at the Reeds, its a good place to stay if you are on a budget

The location near the park and water as well as a good coffee shop and other restaurantsis a great assets to this property.the front desk team was informative.
The wifi situation needs addressing television channels, rely on it.Hence there was nothing to watch and you couldn't access it from the third floor which you had to walk up to.Since there is no elevator.

Pleanty of free parking available. Easy check-in-out process. The room had small kitchen facilities - microwave, fridge, plenty of cupboards if you wanted to do somelight cooking.
The hotel was further out of the towncentre than expected and very poor quality, although clean. Whilst near the sea, the location is near the port facilities which start work early in the morning and can be noisy. Also, the over night receptionist and people in the open air lounge were very noisy late at night, disturbing those with rooms close by even with the windows closed. The area did not feel safe at night as very dark resulting in even out Uber finding it difficult to find us.
