Sarge was an excellent host, meeting us in the middle of the night in order to accomodate us after we had to leave a different B&B that had a safety issue. This was a clean, safe, and comfortable place for us and we were so grateful to have it in a pinch.

The staff was helpful and answered questions really quickly. They provided the things you need later. Patio was pretty.
Location sucks. It was near the main road and gets really noisy. If you are in downtown, uber takes you there. However, I had to cancel two bookings to Hilo airport because drivers did not accept the rides. In the end, I walked to downtown. There were geckos everywhere in the house. Just a warning to people who are not used to them. The table was dusty and curtains are transparent. And why bed sheets are black? It does not feel clean at all. The password for the main entrance and my room was the same. There are cameras in common areas. It was uncomfortable.
