Good location. Availability during busy weekend. Compact, but comfortable room layout.
A/C unit difficult to control because setting indicator markings were illegible. A/C unit VERY noisy.

The location is near the event we were attending. It was easy to find as we drove into Potsdam. The open lawn in front is appealing for its openness, though the lack of any plantings or gardening is not appealing.
The room is provided with the very bare minimum: two (sery skinny) pillows, no coffee maker, two sets of towels. It's sparse, when by comparison to other similarly-priced facilities we've started in. It does seem, though, to be clean. The office did give us extra pillows when we asked.
