Lovely historical property with friendly owner and great breakfast

The breakfast was very nice, healthy, and avoided pre-packaged food. It fit the wonderful ambience of this historic hotel. The grounds were beautiful, with lots of places to sit outside and visit.
A larger shelf or small table for toiletries next to the bathroom sink would have been convenient, but I'm reaching here to come up with a "negative"! It's a historic building, after all!

The hostess is amazing, an angel! Thoughly enjoyed the music from the musician provided whilst eating in the glow of Mt Hood. He belted out some real toe tappers. The establishment oozed chic when you walk through the main door. A lot of hard work has been done. Also theres a 24hr Lauderette just around the corner.
