Location is wonderful and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. This is a simple, basic, clean hotel. Nothing fancy, but served us well on our way through Haines.
I am like the princess and the pea. The polyester content in the sheets bothered me.

Nice modern property with all amenities. Comfortable rooms and a great location. Very Helpful staff! Has a laundry, gym and plenty of parking. We were very pleasantly surprised!

Great location, large room with nice kitchen. Pet friendly room with outside exit close by.
The guy doing the check in did not seem like he knew how to read. He took over 30 minutes to check me in. He had to call the manager for help, but before that he spent a long time staring at the screen with a scared look. I think he did not understand the screens, this may be due to being functionally illiterate. The manager stated he had been trained and his tag said he had worked there at least 3 months.
