The location is excellent, really ocean front and at the edge of downtown. The facility is clean and the room is spacious. The in room coffee tastes good.
The day we arrived was the hottest day in Morro bay. The outside unit of air condition of next room was noisy and on and off through the evening, bothering our sleep.

The room was very comfortable with an amazing view of Morro Bay Harbor. Our room had a balcony with chairs to enjoy the ocean breeze and was well appointed with fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. We also had wine glasses in the room which was a lovely touch along with the complementary wine splits they gave us. Very nice stay. Great location!
The office was closed most of the time we were there. This was only a minor inconvenience because we were able to go the office of the sister property across the street for questions and assistance.
