The location was easy to find, quiet and just down the street from many good places to eat and get coffee.
The pet fee per dog was too pricey for us to want to bring our dogs. But Gabrielle was very accommodating, offering an upgraded disabled room.

Location was good close to the Embarcadero, restaurants and downtown were all within walking distance.
The room we stayed in was nice, the beds though were not great, felt like I was sleeping on an air mattress. The shower had weak water pressure, not sure if its a city wide conservation issue or due to the age of the property. The temp. light from the a/c was bright while using at night and the refrigerator was noisy. Ice machine next to our room wasn't great, had a guest at 6am loading up his ice chests for 15-20 minutes.
