The front office was extremely helpful and efficient with check in. Accomodated us with the late check in.
Option to use the outdoor firepit, provide a lighter to use it.

The location was nice. The courtyard is beautiful, the only nice thing about the place.
The hotel falls short on the extremely outdated dingy rooms. Our bathroom door had a hole from someone punching it? The walls were dirty with makeup smeared in places. It just feels gross. It could use a complete renovation. Even just retexturing the drywall, and painting the bathrooms would do wonders.
Also, a family with kids was rooming right above us and they were running and stomping all night. Thudding and pounding, I called the front desk, and they called that room to tell them, which they did stay quiet for like 10 minutes then back up again. Then early in the morning, they were running and jumping off the bed again. I didn’t get any sleep. Honestly extremely disappointed, it was not comfortable, not restful, not clean. I felt icky
