Room was quiet and well equipped.
Bed very comfortable
Staff helpful and friendly
Everything was brand spanking new.
Room 425 had no water pressure in the morning in shower.
Signage to find the hotel was very poor.
Had to enter hotel to find out the parking arrangements.
Breakfast was poorer than I would expect in a Marriott

The property is in a decent Lake Nona community, which is new, quiet and safe.
The room and building were clean, but the pool area was lack of maintenance. The bottom of the pool is heavily stained, there are ants crawling around the deck (which bit my daughter), and I developed a rash after swimming in the water for under two hours. Stronger sanitation and maintenance are needed.
