We had a wonderful one-night stay with the kids! The hotel has a very cool, artistic lobby that makes a great first impression, and the art garden was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The restaurants at the hotel were amazing, making the experience even more enjoyable.
Although the main pool was temporarily closed for renovations and a refresh, the hotel went above and beyond by offering us access to multiple other pools, which we really appreciated. It was a thoughtful gesture that made our stay enjoyable despite the temporary inconvenience.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience, loved the atmosphere, and truly appreciated the outstanding hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families looking for a unique and enjoyable getaway!

The staff was attentive and very friendly
The food was inconsistent. During the day at the pool I had the pasta, which was delicious. I decided to try it again for dinner and it did not taste the same.

Automatic toilet and curtains were a nice touch. Gym access and restaurants/lounge were very nice and the sculpture garden

The hotel itself is beautiful. The lobby and overall décor were very nice, the sculpture garden was a lovely touch, and the gym had great amenities. We didn’t use the pool, so I can’t speak to that.
Unfortunately, our experience was significantly impacted by how an issue with our first room was handled.
We had just arrived after a 13-hour + international flight and were in town for a funeral. We were only staying for five days and were already exhausted. Shortly after getting settled, we discovered that the toilet in our room would not flush properly and the water continued to rise. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize there was a problem until after the first person used it.
The front desk was made aware of the situation, but there was very little sense of urgency in getting it resolved. We ended up having to use the bathroom in the lobby and the second-floor bathroom throughout the first night, which was incredibly inconvenient and frustrating given the circumstances.
What made the situation worse was the communication from the staff. We were told that we had turned down an offer to move to another room, which was not true. We were not offered another room until the following day. There was also an issue with staff claiming they had knocked on our door for 20 minutes. When that was questioned, the story changed. At that point, it became very difficult to feel that we were being dealt with honestly.
A manager eventually contacted me and offered a cabana by the pool as a gesture of goodwill. Given the circumstances of our trip which the hotel was aware of I found that offer completely inappropriate and disconnected from what we were actually dealing with. Our concern wasn't having a place to sit by the pool; it was having a functioning bathroom and receiving basic consideration and assistance after an exhausting international trip and during an already difficult time for our family.
