Absolutely beautiful hotel. Room, pool area, lounge, everything is 100%. The bed so comfortable. Extremely clean. Valet is fast and friendly. Our new go to in Orlando.

The fact that the pool was closed for both days due to an event. You could have told people before we booked as I love using the pool.

The decor. The piano. Though as a pianist it was frustrating not to be able to even touch it. Felt a little show-offy. The antithesis of music.
Having a pianist at that piano. And having a better chef would be nice. The aioli was watery and not good, and I know aioli. Also, the people tending to our table in the Bohemian were distracted and we had to wait and wait for things. They seemed unmotivated. But we survived, though the cooking and the service were much less classy than the setting. Disjunction.
