I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!

There was nothing to like. There were roaches, drug dealers and prostitutes, though. It's a very cheap place to stay so the hookers and low key drug sales weren't that unusual.

THE ROACHES, I DIDN'T LIKE THE ROACHES!!!!! There were more than one or two. I stopped counting after the first three. The staff didn't care or offer to help. She did make sure to not provide a full refund when I left for another chain.

Room 115 needs a small wall panel to hide the pipes, the sink is cracked but other than that my stay was good

I'm usually not one to give a bad review no matter how bad it is but this was beyond extremely bad!!

That it was 5 minutes from Holston Valley Medical Center.

If it wouldn't have taken weeks to get my money back I would have checked out immediately and disputed the charges. It was DISGUSTING to say the least!! My mom had to have heart surgery and didn't even have enough hot water to wash in the soap they'd given her at the hospital to use. There was roaches everywhere I was terrified I was going to bring them home with me and they charge $100 deposit for the mess! There was dust on everything not like light dust it was thick dust and roaches killed on the ceiling and walls. I strongly recommend finding somewhere else to stay!! Just because we wanted a 1st floor smoking room we didn't deserve that! We had to keep the heat on 80 because there was such a huge gap in the door the air would come through and make it extremely cold in there. Yeah, it was a good price $170 for 3 nights with $100 deposit but It wasn't worth it whatsoever!! Never again will I stay there and we are in Kingsport a lot for my mom's surgeries and doctor visits and usually stay over night because we live so far away. We could have switched to a mon smoking 2nd floor room, my mom's orders were no climbing steps whatsoever and I would have had to carry suitcases, an oxygen concentrator and everything up the steps because they don't have an elevator. We took our doughnuts to the car to keep the roaches from crawling in them at night!!!

I was better than staying in a tent.

The location was convenient.

Holes in the walls let the cockroaches in. The shower water never got hot. The floor was too dirty to not wear shoes to the bathroom. You have to wonder why the pool was filled in.

Extremely over priced for the quality of rooms and location.

Nothing.

This place is located in a bad area. Their patrons are sketchy at best. The rooms are not clean and very worn. We didn't even want to take a shower or oluse the water to brush our teeth

They had no breakfast and the lobby was locked all the time

They had no light bulbs. They pillowcases were dirty. The bathroom door didn't shut or lock. The dresser was broke. The phone was broke. The main door barely opened.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean!

The lock on the door was broken. The key would not open the door! The staff had to use a manual key to let me in. The remote would not work and staff refused to replace it! The light fisture and towel rack was in the floor! There were trash outside the building, on the grounds! The place needs a lot of upkeep!

I deserve my money back..

There was nothing I liked about it outside of the bed. The room was dirty when we got there. The bathroom sink was plugged up with cigarette filters cigarette papers and blueberries. The bathroom shower faucet was hanging on by a thread.

Good for quick overnight stop

it was in a good location and the beds were very comfortable.

Housekeeping should do better with cleaning rooms. I found a used towel and trash from previous visitors.

Will not stay there again because of the dirtiness of the room.

The staff was very friendly

the room is as dirty. one bed was squeaky and loud. the bathroom had no light. the sink drained into the floor.

I did not eat any breakfast, if it was available it was not mentioned.

The room smelled very bad when I entered. I had to go buy some air freshener to cover the smell.

Gross,

No breakfast available. Tub and faucets rusted and moldy. Filth around the commode. Light bulb missing. We did not dare use the tub/shower.

Pubic hair in wash cloth. Thin towels. Mold and gunk around sink handles. No admittance to lobby, received room key through crack in window beside door. Outside stairwell is totally rusted through. Worst hotel experience ever.
